The Office of Community Research also offers Process Evaluation Services. Process evaluations examine the process of program delivery. This type of evaluation may include implementation evaluation, which examines fidelity to a program model and formative evaluation which looks at the quality of implementation and examines organizational context, personnel, and procedures. The information obtained from both process and formative evaluation is used to encourage continuous program improvement.
