Evaluation Services

Outcome Evaluation Services focus on whether programs are making a difference for clients. Outcomes may measure behaviors, skills, knowledge, attitudes, or values. Ultimately, outcomes based evaluation studies the impacts of the program on the client and the benefits experienced by the client as a result of participating in the program. Our Office will work closely with your agency to plan your outcome based evaluation. We offer comprehensive services which range from outcome identification through analyzing results and presenting the study findings. Contact us today to experience how outcomes based evaluation can strengthen your service delivery and programming.

The Office of Community Research also offers Process Evaluation Services. Process evaluations examine the process of program delivery. This type of evaluation may include implementation evaluation, which examines fidelity to a program model and formative evaluation which looks at the quality of implementation and examines organizational context, personnel, and procedures. The information obtained from both process and formative evaluation is used to encourage continuous program improvement.
