The Office offers online collaboration environments that would allow collaboration with not only project stake-holders but also various organizations and institutions throughout the tri-state region. This capacity enables a single place for discussion, sharing information, ad posting of relevant research and project related materials.

ELECTRONIC DATA COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
eListen is an electronic data collection and m nagement tool which allows OCR to design, implement, collect and manage data assessment tools and outcomes. This software and related hardware would allow for remote data collection from areas across the region as well as provide a unified system for data collection for the multiple project phases.

MULTI ENVIRONMENT PUBLISHING AND PRESENTATION SOFTWARE PACKAGES
MS Publisher, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, MS Visio, MS Powerpoint are several software packages available to the OCR to facilitate the publication of professional documents and design professional publications and reports. This software is critical in the dissemination of project information.
