Services such as planning and evaluation are important throughout an entire program and are vital components in creating an ecosystem of improved outcomes.

Strategic Planning
The Office of Community Research works with clients to help them develop and execute against a complete plan that involves the entire organization not just a particular product, service, or program. By empowering the entire organization, our clients gain a better ability to adapt to changes in strategy, service, funding and mission.

Survey Design and Deployment The Office of Community Research offers scientific survey design and data analysis. This research is completed with scientific rigor to ensure that the results of the survey are valid and reliable. This type of survey design will allow your company to use the results to make solid business decisions about the group of interest, or population, being surveyed. The Office offers a wide range of survey deployment methods including web-based, network, email, and paper based surveys.

Research Services
Office of Community research provides a full range of research services that help program administrators and stakeholders gain valuable insight that feeds their decision making processes. Office of Community Research provides online collaboration environments that enable a single place for discussion, sharing information, and posting of relevant research and project related materials to a wide range of participants, regardless of location. Additionally, Office of Community Research provides electronic data collection and management tools to design, implement, collect and manage data assessment tools and outcomes. This allows for remote data collection from areas across the region as well as provides a unified system for data collection for the multiple project phases.

Evaluation Services
Outcome Evaluation Services focus on whether programs are making a difference for clients. Outcomes may measure behaviors, skills, knowledge, attitudes, or values. Ultimately, outcomes based evaluation studies the impacts of the program on the client and the benefits experienced by the client as a result of participating in the program. Our Office will work closely with your agency to plan your outcome based evaluation. We offer comprehensive services which range from outcome identification through analyzing results and presenting the study findings.

The Office of Community Research also offers Process Evaluation Services. Process evaluations examine the process of program delivery. This type of evaluation may include implementation evaluation, which examines fidelity to a program model and formative evaluation which looks at the quality of implementation and examines organizational context, personnel, and procedures. The information obtained from both process and formative evaluation is used to encourage continuous program improvement.

Project management is defined by using project goals and objectives to study, implement, evaluate and support community initiatives and programs.
